My best friend’s daughter (late 20s young lady) gave it to me while I was visiting my dad in LA. The book’s called “Rich Man, Poor Bank” by Mark J. Quann. My wife and I can’t put it down! it’s a quick read but we both keep snatching it from the other when one of us puts it down! Haha!
